Directions are just pictures, so there are a few things I had to go back and fix cus the directions didn’t explain one part should happen first when screwing in pieces in each step. But that is not a reflection on the product itself. The cushion is very comfortable, not super thick but with the webbing it works well. The fabric is comfortable yet sturdy for outdoors. This is a great swing. It was fairly easy to put together, although it's helpful to have 2 people for some of it. There is a small dent in the top bar, but not bad enough to send back.
