Excellent. Drill two holes, insert wall anchor and attach the small plate and screws that came with it. The light slides onto the provided plate. I love that it’s ez to assemble, there are 3 light tones: yellow (warm light), yellow/white (in between warm and cool tone), and blue/white light. Also, you can adjust the intensity from a low level for mood lighting, to a bright level. You can also adjust the angle of the arms that have the shining light. These are sleek looking except the round base is a bit big. See photos that are taken in the day but I have honeycomb blinds and translucent white drapes, so the room is dim but not dark. It’s a beautiful light. It’s just about half the size I expected it to be. For 100 dollars I expected it to be larger. They do put the size dimensions, which is my fault, but I do think the photos they have advertising it looks about 8-10 inches wide in those photos. I submitted for a refund and it went to another screen asking if I would take a 20 percent refund or I’d like to proceed with the return and have to pay shipping so I just took the discount. For 80 dollars it’s a better deal and I won’t have the hassle of returning.
