Advertising photo is deceptive. These are silver gray metallic and lovely candles when lit, but they NEVER achieve that dark smoky look. This candle was fine until we decided to light it. It burned very quickly and the side of the candle opened up so that wax spilled out onto the base of the candle. Totally disappointed. They’re fine, no complaints. Color is spot on which is good. I have not yet added batteries. They are very, very light weight. They are exactly what I needed for my sconces. I am happy as I achieved the look I was aiming for. I do think they are a bit pricey but sometimes you just need to spend the money for the look you want.
