Overall impression of cover materials and chair assembly was good. Only one part was difficult to assemble - the Step 4 needs two people to put it together. When I purchased this chair and ottoman it was on sale, a very good price for this product. After receiving the chair and ottoman, I now wish I had purchased two. Easy to assemble. The fit is good (for a person 5'5" to 5'10".. I'm 5'7"). The leather has a nice feel to it. It's a firm sit (compared to two other stress-less type chairs that I've sat in). It reclines to a point that you could easily fall asleep in it (and the reclining mechanism works well). My reason for 4 stars instead of 5... the stool. The stool's base is to small. As you rotate a bit in the chair and your feet move from the center of the stool, the stool becomes out of balanced and can tip.
