This sectional is beautiful and very comfy! The length of time it took for it to arrive was just over 5 weeks from the date the order was placed. The sofa arrived packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrap and carboard, however, upon opening it we did find a little damage. We're currently working with Franklin Corp. the manufacturer of the sofa to come to a resolution. Also to be noted this sofa DOES NOT come with built in USB ports as mentioned in the product specifications. TBD how the manufacture deals with this issue. Got my chenille modular sofa piece in today, and yepstill just as soft and comfy as the old one. I’m loving that big angled back piece honestly, you could call it an armrest too, because it works as both an armrest and a backrest. I absolutely love this couch! My goal for this room was to create a very cozy familytv room. I love the size and the charcoal gray color.
