This is an elegant, firm sofa that was easy to assemble solo, and this is not something I usually do. I did have a friend help me flip it up onto its legs after assembly. The box arrived really beat up, and I had misgivings as I was unwrapping, but the contents were protected. I have now had this sofa for over a year; I slept on it for three months while fostered cats and kittens took over my bedroom. It would work to use it as a daily bed, but it is VERY firm. The blue velvet fabric has held up nicely despite 2 cats (who fortunately, do not scratch it). I have received many compliments on it; it is the focal point of the sitting area. As several other reviews have mentioned, the assembly while straightforward is a little tricky. The couch arrives in three different boxes. One box has the bench seat which contains the legs and cushions inside the bottom of it. You will need two people minimum to assemble this couch. Once you lineup, the pieces like the arm and the seat you will have to push down, but you won’t see it going in so you have to line it up really well before you start pushing it in. it’s easy to get one side in and then not get the other side in. for the first arm attachment, we stood the seat up on its end, making it easier. with two people it took about 30 minutes to unpack it and assemble it. The legs look OK but they’re just inexpensive plastic so they’re not that beautiful. You might want to replace them with custom legs. Luckily there are lots of places that sell really cool furniture legs if you want something nicer. I think the couch is very comfortable. It has a generous size seat. It is a firmer couch, but the wide arms are really comfy to lean on and it’s comfortable when you stretch out on it. It looks really great. The fabric is nice and the pillows are very high-quality. I purchased a set of these sofas for a project. Firstly, the leather is beautiful and just as photographed. It has a very firm seat - which is to be expected. The tufting is comfortable and adds lovely detail. The reason for 4/5 stars is due to the support of the back cushion. Pay attention to arm height - which is the total frame height (25", I think). I checked back height, but because the arm height is low, the back cushion lacks needed support. Its sags back a bit and, IMO does not provide the support needed to relax - better for conversational use. So - depends on your needs. I love this olive green sofa. Another reviewer described it as more brown than green but in my space it is the perfect dark green. It is very well made and stylish. It does show every little dimple from whatever you might have in your pocket, including a cell phone, so it makes the cushion look weird in the picture. But just a brush of the hand smooths it out. It was very nicely packaged with a reusable cover and a large piece of foam about a half inch thick. I’m very pleased with my purchase. This sofa is gorgeous. I love that the bottom cushions are attached! It is very firm, which I’m hoping means it can handle our well-fed body weights and not begin to sink in as sofa will do. I was nervous about getting a sofa with legs. The legs are currently my only concern. They are skinny by my standards. The sofa does not feel as secure to me when others sit down, I can feel their movements moving the sofa. I feel a sway, and I’m a little worried the legs may give way with time.
