The box was jammed in and the round candle holder part , consequently was bent . I am in process of trying to bend it back in level position so candle is level and attractive. It is difficult, but plan to have grandson ( with strong hsnds) do it this weekend! My husband wanted to use pliers, but I said that might break it or scratch.
