My husband is a perfectionist and not happy with the color of the wood so he sanded it down and found that the same wood was not used throughout the loveseat. He also changed the height to suit us seniors who have trouble getting up from low places. The cushions are also very hard. There is no way of knowing that from the picture. This is a replacement for a rattan loveseat I've had for a while. I am so happy with how solid the frame is and how plush and sizable the cushions and two pillows are. The pillows come in zippered covers which will make future cleaning easier. The only slight disappointment is the color (Meeks shell) of the fabric.
