They need to provide different Allen wrench, lucky got me my husband had a tool that helped or I was so frustrated. So get yourself the auto retract took or this will take forever to assemble due to the way the holes are set. Also note there should be another step they combined two and it was confusing to the point I had to take part off and redo. It does sit lower for a living room chair too so note that. I purchased this chair for my office. I already own a Fairfield chair in a different room which is nearly 20 years old and still looks brand new. Sturdy, solid, good looking, traditional chairs. I'm 5'8" about 140 lbs, but my husband is 6'2" and 300 lbs and both of us can use this chair (the Cabot) comfortably. It's a larger chair but doesn't have a huge footprint, so it can go anywhere. I notice when company comes over, people sit in it. I did request a few fabric samples from Fairfield before ordering, and I'm glad I took that extra step to get exactly what I wanted.
