Looks sharp and feels like a much more expensive system than it is. The matte black finish holds up well and the overall design is clean and modern especially with the dual heads. The rainfall head gives a nice, even coverage, and the handheld is useful without feeling like an afterthought. Pressure is consistent, and the temperature control is stable once set. Installation is not beginner-level. You’re dealing with plumbing inside the wall, so plan accordingly or hire it out. Well I measured wrong and unfortunately couldn’t install this BEAUTIFUL shower head. You can tell it’s made nicely and the gold on it is perfect! I think the “easy install” description is a little misleading. This isn’t a hand held shower head that attaches to where the previous shower head was installed. It has a whole separate pipe that needs to be installed to a piece inside the wall. I ended up getting a diverter piece from a different retailer so that I could install the head and hand held shower where my previous shower head was. I also don’t like that the hand held holder installs with sticky tape or screws, both of which damage your shower wall if you ever decide to remove it. A suction cup would’ve been much better. Lesson learned, I should’ve looked a little closer at what I was getting but it would help make decisions easier if installation instructions were included in the specifications so that we could decide whether this install works well with our current configuration..
