When the piece arrived it had broken out of the package and was completely scuffed across the whole rod. Scuffs aside, the pieces fit together very sloppily and do not form a straight line when connected. The pieces that are supposed to rotate to adjust the piece scrape from loose metal shards inside of the connectors and completely scraped along the metal inserts making them stick and ruining the poles.
