My packages came into separate shipments. Both drivers were very professional and efficient and timely. The process itself was a bit frustrating as the original shipment was delayed by four days, and the second package. They didn’t even know where it was. Originally ordered July 2 and now has shown up on the 14th so 12 days. There was a big lack of communication in the process in what I could expect regarding the delivery. I love shopping at Wayfair and will probably continue to do so, but this particular purchase was very frustrating.. Craig. Minneapolis, MN. Sun Jul 26 2026

Truly impressed. Very satisfied. I see why people report it being too ‘stiff’ or ‘firm’, but for us it’s perfect becuase we have a lot of back and muscular issues. Light, airy, and effortlessly elevated, this 5 piece sectional with track arms creates a calm, welcoming foundation for your living space. The woven chenille fabric in a warm neutral tone brightens the room while adding subtle texture that feels both relaxed and refined. Clean track arms bring a tailored, modern edge, balancing comfort with structure. Designed as part of a modular system, this sectional adapts to your lifestyle; giving you the flexibility to reconfigure, expand, or refresh your layout over time while maintaining a cohesive, thoughtfully styled look.

Overall I am impressed by the durable chenille fabric and the firmness of the cushions. We were looking for a set that would keep its shape well over time and I think these are constructed for that. The Blue color is much lighter in person than the listing photo. It is a warmer cobalt blue instead of the deep dark navy I was hoping for. So I felt a little misled with the listing photos. You can purchase additional seats to elongate the sectional which is nice. The only downside has been that there are some manufacturer issues where the locking systems on three of the chairs are either not correctly installed or missing altogether which means we cannot properly lock all the pieces together for stability. We are still working with wayfair to get this remedied and hoping for a fix soon.. Hannah. Kansas City, MO. Fri Aug 28 2026

After several years, the most-used cushion covers of our outdoor sectional cushion were becoming threadbare. Although the fabric of the these replacement covers is not as nice as the original Suncast covers, they do serve the purpose. The seat covers fit well, but the back covers are too loose. I may add stuffing to fill them in. One back cushion came with an unfinished seam. Wayfair responded quickly and is sending a replacement. Overall, I am pleased with the product.. Trublu58. Simple to assemble and pretty comfortable. Using up additional space because box wants me to use at least 90 characters to submit.. Mike. Tucson, AZ. Thu Sep 10 2026

Designed for everyday outdoor comfort, this 14-piece patio cushion set is a complete replacement solution for 6-seat sectional sofas. The set includes six seat cushions, six back cushions, and two corner back cushions to create a cohesive seating layout. Seat cushions feature 25D high-resilience foam for consistent support, while back cushions are filled with soft PP cotton for relaxed comfort. Wrapped in breathable polyester fabric, the cushions are splash-resistant and UV-resistant for outdoor use. Non-slip backing helps keep seat cushions in place, and removable zippered covers allow for easy cleaning. Cushions arrive vacuum-compressed and require 24–72 hours to fully expand to their original 4-inch thickness.

The bottom cushions for this set are excellent. I saw some reviews where they did not look very thick and I was worried that they would have no substance to them. However, if you give them a chance to air out, they will fill close to 4 inches and match the thickness of my original patio set. I have to agree that the back cushions really fall short for this set. I ordered more than I needed to have extra cushions but ended up doubling up the interior cushions to fluff up the back cushions. If you have extra pillows at home that you don’t need, you could use with the cushion covers to get a better back cushion. I love the color and think the fabric is decent quality. I have included pics of the set with comparison photos of the singledouble back cushions and a comparison of the thickness of the cushions next to my faded and sunbleached original cushions.. Monica. Gaithersburg, MD. Wed Sep 16 2026

This is a stylish and practical sectional. The design, materials, and workmanship will match your all expectations. The oversized size allows you to enjoy a good time with your family and friends

Better than expected! I have 2 large football player sons and it’s sturdy, comfy, large/deep seats, and longer than my old couch which was the same style/size. I like the low profile back and arms, it keeps the open concept I enjoy. They can each lay on each end and I like to snuggle up with a throw in the corner with a cup of coffee. It has a protectant on it too which is appreciated! I got the light Grey. Def would recommend!. Amie. TX. Fri Jan 09 2026
