This couch is very sturdy yet very comfortable. I think this soft fabric will last a while. It’s a very beautiful color. Silver like. The space under the Chase lounge is soul Roomie. I was able to get the sheets for the king size Bed, and a nice big king size pillow in side the storage space. Plus various throw blankets and pillows as well. I would say so far. The feet - which you have to figure out how to attach yourself - are molded plastic, but show fairly well once attached. The back cushions are not detachable, but they are soft and comfortable. The seat cushions are not reversible, but have good firmness. There’s not a lot of depth to the seat and back, so you’re kind of forced to sit pretty upright.
