Took me 6 hours to put together. I did have a 2nd person for standing it up and attach poles. The hardest part was tying the net to the springs. It doesn't tell you how tight to pull the string. Definitely need two people to set up and several hours. The net doesn’t fit all the way around at the bottom - you’re supposed to tie it with a provided string. The one enclosed was way too short.
