This pan is a perfect size, about 10-inch diameter. Looks nice (dull red as advertised.) While the advertisement says hand-wash recommended, the instructions say it is NOT dishwasher-safe. So that is more of a warning. Consequently, this pan will take a bit more maintenance than others to maintain the nonstick finish. UPDATE: pans lasted only a year-18 mo before needing replacement.. I ordered the creme colored enameled dutch oven. Its really beautiful. It matches my other kitchen items and looks really expensive. The first thing I cooked was smothered steak. It cooks very well and is easy to clean. They also give you some bonus items.
