This is a very nice cat shelter for the feral cat that has moved into my yard . Very simple to assemble, sturdy and looks like it will hold up in the Midwest weather. Unfortunately, this item came without the solar panel to keep the camera active. We tested the camera and it works well. It is a nice feature. The item definitely required assembly and the listing indicated that it did not. There was one issue with a missing screw hole requiring us to drill one to assemble the product. The surface where you place a feed dish is very smooth so we are concerned about the cats sliding upon entry. Positively, this can accommodate up to 2 small cats. We are actually placing it in an area that is often frequented by racoons, hoping it will allow us to feed cats without the racoons ransacking everything. Due to snow we have been unable to place it.
