I needed to upgrade our bunny's hutch and decided to go with this one. Upon opening the box, it had a strong smell that eventually gave me a headache, though this seems to be the case with previous ones from different stores. Right away, I took the roof outside and hosed it down to get rid of most of the loose shingles as they can create quite a mess, since I bought this for indoor use. I do like that the pieces are clearly labeled with a stamp instead of a sticker. However, the instructions could be better, as some parts were unclear and I had to redo them. I also found some of the construction a bit odd, like the spacing for one of the walls. Additionally, I don't like that there isn't a separation like a wire mesh to keep the bunny out of its litter, and I found it odd that the brakes were in the rear instead of the front—though maybe if I just turn the wheels a certain way, it won't be an issue. Dimensions are accurate even though the set feels smaller than pictured. A couple drawbacks experienced were that some of the panel pieces came in warped, not bad but enough to deal with. A couple panels were also cracked with small pieces coming off.
