Slightly higher than most writing desks, so have a tall or adjustable chair nearby. Solid despite the stylish slender legs. Didn’t remove the surface wrapping until assembly in order to protect the desk surface. We then discovered a manufacturing problem - very sharp splintered edge on the open storage area.
