I purchased these muslin cotton toddler sheets as a gift to my friend, who is about to have her first baby any day now. It’s a girl, so obviously, I purchased the pink ones. I am disappointed about the color. Instead of being coral pink, it is some kind of dead rose with a hind of orange. It is definitely different from the photo online and it doesn’t look like a baby item. Also, it has some slight chemical odor most likely from the dye, and it is not very soft. Of course, I hope the odor will evaporate and the fabric softens after washing. I have several adult muslin sheets myself, and they are all much better quality than these ones. Color was great and so far I’ve washed a couple of times and it is washing quite well. No pilling, no color bleed (which often happens with darker colors), and stays well on the bed.
