I love this convertible sofa! It’s the perfect size for our small guest room/den. The fabric is soft. The “mattress” is firm yet comfortable. It’s super easy to pull out into a bed. The sofa has to be pulled out from the wall a few inches to flatten the back, very easy to do. No one has slept on it yet, but we did lie down on it. We did purchase the 5 year warranty. I had family visiting and I wanted to make my home office functional. Something that would not take a lot of space but something that could possibly sub as a bed. This pullout sofa works out lovely. The manufacturer company had packed everything in the boxes so they wouldn't have to ship off 4 boxes. I did receive everything in the 3 boxes. The couch is a little firm which doesn't bother me and its still comfortable. It may break in from the firmess once its been used longer, I dont know we will just have to wait and see.
