Love the Quaility and modular construction. Very easy to put together. Day 2 of delivery and still see a little sign of compression on back cushions but expect that to decompress with time. The microfiber material seen very good in Quaility. My only minor issue was a few springs on the pull out had fallen out and need to be reinstalled but nothing after that. I would recommend it. Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did. They took a few weeks to arrive but came earlier than expected. Delivery was easy- the guys were fantastic. I haven’t tried the sleepers- they’ll serve their need eventually. I had family visiting and I wanted to make my home office functional. Something that would not take a lot of space but something that could possibly sub as a bed. This pullout sofa works out lovely. Tip., I purchased a full-size mattress topper, it was extremely fluffy, that provided a smooth flat surface. This sofa is so beautiful. I couldnt be happier with my decision choosing this one. The cushions are a little on the firm side and thats how I like them. The back cushions are attached and they have zippers on the bottom, so you can add filling later if needed. The bottom cushions are firm, reversible and zippered. The seat is 20 from floor to top of seat. The pullout bed works very easily. It has a 5 mattress which really is not that bad at all as far as comfort. The toss pillows are very pretty and add a nice touch. I also want to add that this is a queen sleeper with three seat cushions. The sofa is 81 long. The color I choose is Jitterbug denim and it is perfect with the blues and grays of the area rug and chairs in my room, ( which I also purchased from Wayfair ). Love this couch! Nice and firm, love the grey color and the chenille upholstery. This couch is very comfortable, sturdy and feels well made. The color is a little darker than what’s shown in the pictures, but it still looks great. It arrived very well packed and protected. Pull out the bed frame under the seat. There are two length options. When it is not fully pulled out, it becomes a chaise sofa, and when it is fully pulled out, this sofa can quickly turn into a king size bed for resting.

Overall I am satisfied with the product. My concern is the velcro to secure the back cushions. I wish they had manufacturered that with something better. This is perfect for my needs, I just wanted something that looked nice but also was functional. The color is a very nice gray and it fits the small space I had. It is hard but not that uncomfortable. I won't know how well it last for a few months, but as of now I am really happy. It took my grandson a little over an hour to put together.
