Update: This took 5 inexperienced people weeks to put together because it has so many parts. This is a nice loft bed set and while slightly more expensive than other sets it is worth the money. This set has the best layout in my opinion for under the bed and that alone is worth the extra cost. It took me about 3.5 hours to fully assemble by myself moving at a relaxed pace. The parts and instructions are labeled fairly well with one extra of each screw. I have not anchored it to the wall yet but it is very sturdy even being on carpet. The finished bed is cute and my 7-year-old son absolutely loves it and says it’s very comfortable, but unfortunately the assembly experience made it not worth it for me. Putting this bed together was horrible. Some of the pre-drilled holes didn’t line up or simply weren’t there, and we actually had to measure and calculate in centimeters to figure out where to drill holes into the wood ourselves. There were also several scratches and pieces of wood that arrived slightly bent. We eventually got it together and my son is happy with it, which is the biggest positive, but for the price I expected much better quality control and a significantly easier assembly process.
