It goes great in a room with sloped or low ceilings. It makes a statement, but quietly and modestly. It checks all the boxes and does away with all the unnecessary bells and whistles some beds seem to have. It's lovely with honey oak floors, but truly would fit a variety of different styles. It’s versatile and has a transitional quality to it, making it easy to adapt to any aesthetic. That's a huge deal for anyone who wants to change things up every once in a while. Since it's neutral, it brings unity and cohesion to just about any style. I ordered it on a Sunday and it arrived on Tuesday. It took my husband about a half hour or so to assemble - and most of that was spent unboxing. Before putting it together, I added adhesive felt pads to the bottom legs for easy sliding and protection of wood floors. It's solid and well-engineered. It doesn't make a peep when getting on and off. I wouldn't be wasting my time writing this review if I didn't think so highly of this product. This bed was phenomenally easy to assemble, and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. I really liked how this bed came with a ratcheted Allen key wrench and a regular Allen key, and I really appreciated that the hardware came in already organized for you in a cardboard blister, so you didn't have to dig around for it in a bag. Instructions were really straightforward and easy to follow, and they also linked a YouTube tutorial to make things easier in case if the graphics were not clear enough. The only major downside is that the under-bed clearance is less than 5", which can limit your storage space, but if you prefer your bed low to the ground, then this bed frame is perfect! If I had to nitpick, then I'd say that the wood parts of the bed have this very strong "new cabinet" smell, but I'm sure that will resolve itself over time. In conclusion, this bed has pretty great value to it because the build experience was very pleasant, the bed looks beautiful, and it's very budget friendly!
