This is a very comfortable loveseat, I’m putting it together. It looks much better in person than even the picture does. It spacious enough for two to possibly three people, and it’s quite comfortable. The only thing I would say that you need to know, is that it’s much easier to put together with two people versus just a single person. Also, there’s a pieces on the front that should screw in a little bit tighter to the side, but no matter the angle that I tried to do a man, there was zero way I could get it to work even when I took it apart and put it back together. Regarding the sofa: there is a distinct gap in between the upper cushions and bottom part of the sofa when in its upright position. Likewise I'm not sure the sleeping portion that pulls out/up is perfectly installed, as it's a little tricky to slide/push/pull it into place, in both positions (it sticks/jams -- I have video of the gentleman who assembled the piece having a bit of trouble). I paid for set-up, so I'm not sure what to attribute the problem to, although there is leftover hardware, which seems odd. It is comfortable, and looks decent, but I'd definitely pay more for reversible pillows/cushions, both for convenience (spills/stains that can't be immediately laundered) and a longer life span (sagging). Re: shipping: when ordering BE SURE to check all appropriate boxes specifying where exactly you want the item delivered, as FedEx left the TWO VERY HEAVY boxes ON THE STREET in front of my apartment building (not in the locked vestibule), even though I was home, buzzed the delivery man in, and asked him to help me get the boxes to the landing of my apartment, which he refused to do; I'm very dissatisfied with FedEx (and their customer service after the fact as well).. The sleeper sofa is perfect solution for my family room. My concerns are it was ship in 2 huge and heavy boxes by FedEx, so no delivery by Wayfair make it very difficult for me. FedEx refused to delivery first box to room where I need it and second box they carry 12 steps up to my front door without notifying me and dis not ring the bell. I was forced to carry it my self back on the ground floor. I had no problem to accembly the sofa, ones I removed it out of boxes. The instruction came with is not bad, if you know how to read it. I would give the sleeper sofa 4 start for now, due to few design flow. The back header has adjustable angle and for converting sofa to sleeper it need to be open down, to do that require to move sofa 3 feets away from the wall to works. The pull out box under the sofa, is basically separate piece of furniture and create a gap between the sleeper pillow that's could be the problem for sleeping. Decorated my whole house through Wayfair. I have to say, I was skeptical about ordering online, but Wayfair made it not only very easy, but I was able to keep within my budget and the products purchased were great qualitybuys! I did have an issue due to the timing of my move and shipments wherein the items were not able to be held on vacation hold due to the Fedexs policy (NOT Wayfair) but I will say, they worked with me EVERY step of the way with calls providing updates from the customer service reps. Robin was especially amazing and helpful. All items were packaged very well and I have to say the quality was far better than the furniture store that I had purchased before finding Wayfair. This sofa is so beautiful. I couldnt be happier with my decision choosing this one. The cushions are a little on the firm side and thats how I like them. The back cushions are attached and they have zippers on the bottom, so you can add filling later if needed. The bottom cushions are firm, reversible and zippered. The seat is 20 from floor to top of seat. The pullout bed works very easily. It has a 5 mattress which really is not that bad at all as far as comfort. The toss pillows are very pretty and add a nice touch. I also want to add that this is a queen sleeper with three seat cushions. The sofa is 81 long. The color I choose is Jitterbug denim and it is perfect with the blues and grays of the area rug and chairs in my room, ( which I also purchased from Wayfair ). Positively IN LOVE with these sofas! Firm enough for me, soft enough for my husband. I’ve sat on countless sofas at furniture stores and immediately popped up with a “Nope!” So naturally I was nervous at 2k a pop, no cancels or returns and a front door that wasn’t quite 36” wide as needed per the delivery specs. They had the look I wanted which no local store seemed to carry, totally washable which is a must with large dogs so I took a chance- and oh am I glad I did.
