This couch is really stunning, and the curved lines are gorgeous. It is very big, so make sure you double and triple check the space you will put it in. It took just about 2 months to get the couch, but it looks great in my living room. (Just an FYI: Double check the fill in the couch when it arrives, looking at the tags on the cushions. Lovely sofa!! The navy is more elegant in person. There is an expensive Italian designer version of this style of couch that was $10k+ that i wasn't will to pay so this is an excellent version of it at a great price! I bought this sofa taking the risk with no reviews yet really. It is low to the ground, it's about 15 inches high. Some people don't like that but for me it was a non-issue. It is a more firm sturdy couch, which again is fine for me, I need the support due to spinal issues where a couch too soft actually causes pain. The fabric is supposed to be pet friendly and water/stain resistant and so far pet hair hasn't gravitated towards it snd brushes right off -- it is soft & comfortable, not scratchy at all; it almost feels like a blend of velvet and chenille and seems well constructed/stitched. As far as the shipping, it was too big for FedEx so I had to wait an extra 10 days to get it because it got switched to a freight company delivery instead. It was by ground from New Jersey to California so it did take a while but Wayfair didn't charge shipping thankfully. The delivery people brought it just into my doorway which was nice since I have front porch stairs. Comes in 2 humongous very heavy boxes by the way!!!! It is technically a modular couch so the pieces click together with metal brackets so you need 2 people and you have to figure what lines up with what because the "directions" don't tell you that. So there's the bottom 3 seats obviously then the side arms then the back pieces. Definitely takes some muscle to fit in each one and an extra set of eyes to ensure the slats are lined up. I recommend putting the seats exactly where you want the couch situated then put the back and sides on because once it's all fitted together, this couch is so heavy you wont be able to move it and if you try you may accidentally shift one of the metal brackets by pushing on it. The back and sides are adjustable/bendable which is nice to put it how you want. I only have the arms bent down to put end tables next to the side. Had to get extra throw pillows to add some extra comfort because the ones it comes with are tiny and only come with 2. Hope this helps someone looking to buy this sofa! It's a great buy and well made, looks expensive since the design is a bit different & interesting with nice upholstery. Love the end "petal shaped" piece which is quite large for lounging and the angle isn't extreme so it fits in my somewhat narrow tv room! Very happy with my purchase!. Jackie N.. California. Love the color and the material! My couch just arrived yesterday and I was excited to put it together. I plan on ordering 2-4 more chairs to complete the circle a little more. Please ignore all the other squished up furniture in the back. All of that is being donated tomorrow, with the exception of the cow chairs. I love how firm the couch is because I have had a 2 back surgeries and I need support. I love that each piece is individually wrapped and packaged. It made it easy to put together, although, you definitely need one other person to help you get the support latches locked into place. I have a Great Dane and even though she has short hair, she sheds like crazy. None of the dog hair has stuck to the couch. I am extremely happy with this fact! It seems easy to spot clean. It is sturdy and well made. Now, just imagine all that squished up furniture removed from the back and my custom made book shelves that will line each wall in this sitting area, that will contain m40K book!
