My fault for not checking on the material of the rug. The picture makes it appear like cotton but it's made from jute. I probably wouldn't have ordered had I known that, but now that I received the rug and see it works as I wanted, I'll keep it. The colors aren't as vibrant in person as depicted in the picture, either. Definitely measure your space so you get the sizing right. Love this rug so much that I’ve bought a second one to replace the previous one. (My dog was the problem, not the rug) It’s beautiful, fits perfectly in my entry way and easy to vacuum overtop with my cordless vacuum. The only issue would be it sheds a little, but that happens with this type of rug. Clearly it’s not too bad since I bought it again!
