Yes, they are expensive and worth every penny! I'm not sure WHY the title has the word "Sateen" in the description. These are the same SUPERIOR brand sheets I have purchased for 12-15 years and they are 100% Egyptian Cotton and sturdy not thin like many of sateen sheets are. These sheets are nice and soft. They also feel silky. I didn't get them out of the dryer right away, so they definitely wrinkle quite a bit if not taken out of the dryer and put on the bed right away. In the picture, I put the pillow case on a queen size pillow (I got the queen size set). The pillow case fits well but it was confusing at first because I thought it was inside out based on the seams, but the envelope part didn't work.
