However, it has washed very well, which was extremely important to me, and for the price it works perfectly well in my guest room. It is comfortable enough and does the job as an everyday duvet cover set. I had a set of Tencel sheets for years until recently they tore. At first I got some bamboo sheets that seemed soft in the store and were a pretty color. Big mistake! They started to pill right away, were too light, and werent comfortable. So I immediately looked up tencel sheets on Wayfair to get something I knew Id like. These sheets are great! Like the beech model that BB&B used to carry. Some modal can come off as too slippery and cheap. Not these! They are soft and very high-quality, even though they are still reasonably priced. I wish, though, that the fitted sheet was a little bit deeper. At 18”, it’s deeper than most, but not quite as deep as I would like. Also, I wish that the pillowcases had a pocket flap, but these are very small complaints in otherwise super high-quality sheets!.
