Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. We moved into a home where the Builder didnt pay much attention to detail. We got these because we have limited cabinet space but the Builder also installed deep cabinets which are very difficult to get to the items way back in the cabinet. This fixes all of that. The wine refrigerator itself is fantastic. It’s the perfect compact size and the dual zone temperature works wonderfully. My issue is with the printed instructions. The basic instructions seem fine, but I had to swap the door hinge to the opposite side and the instructions were practically nonexistent other than a picture that shows moving the handle from one side to the other. You will need an extremely tiny flathead screwdriver in order to remove the decorative plugs in the door. This wine fridge works great! I like that there are the light color choices. The wood shelves are nice. I prefer them over wire or metal racks. My one issue that I knew before I ordered is that it doesnt have full extension shelves. That makes it hard to see the bottles on the back half of the shelf. These slide outs are PERFECT! I am buying 2 more now. Made my useless pantry cabinet useful again. It was impossible to reach things in the back, especially on the bottom shelves. Easy to install. I noticed that I just needed to loosen the screws a little to get them to slide easily. I also had to secure the middle shelves with L brackets to keep them stationary. Highly recommend!. Laura.
