UPDATE I received a total replacement, in about 10 days. I was able to put this track together, cut to size and install it by myself in about an hour. It is REALLY good quality, tools so nicely and I am very happy with the product. This box also arrived damaged and I am surprised some of the pieces weren’t missing… I really suggest the manufacturer upgrade their packaging process as the ends of both boxes that I received were not sealed properly. I just lucked out that nothing fell out of the 2nd one (replacement). Unfortunately, I can’t really write an honest review yet other than to say the box was damaged and multiple parts were missing. The pieces that were inside seem like they are good quality and as I expected but I can’t put the track up. I have contacted Wayfair, requesting replacement parts and was told (auto messaging) it would be 10 days or so before they are available to be sent. As an avid DIYer, I know the difference between good and bad products. This motorized blind is high quality. As it’s getting dark in the evening, and the lights are on in our kitchenfamily room, you can see everything in our home almost as clearly as if the shade were not in place. Also, my home is fully automated with Alexa control. I have two universal RF hubs (Bond Bridge Pro and Toyanc IRRF transmitter) for home automation, and for some reason, both accepted the programming frequency of the remote (433.92 MHz), but neither would transmit the right codes. With the exception of one assembly step, this was a straightforward one strong person unpacking and assembly. At one point they want you to have the base stood up on its side so that the pillars can be slid through the holes in the bale. I made a support of the shipping boxes to support the then horizontal heavy pillars parallel to the floor while I attached them. ALSO: do the later steps that require you to work at the bottom while the stand is already on its side. The motor runs smoothly but I haven't attached tho 100" screen to it yet—I don't expect that will be a problem.
