This ship light is made of real wood but not sealed with poly acrylic sealer non yellowing so I lightly sanded it and added 2 coats and wow it came to life so beautiful now it will be so easy to clean the only miner problem is it’s not made for the round junction box the hole is bigger than the rectangle plate that goes over the American round junction box so we will add a decorative molding or another larger rectangular plate to the ceiling I love this unique design. I also dropped a star because it’s operated by a switch on the cord, not the fixture itself which may have been in the description but I didn’t anticipate that.
