Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. This pull out drawer is constructed very well. There is some assembly required. The instructions that came with it aren’t that great, but they do give a phone number for assistance. I am very pleased with the slide-out shelf/unit that was received when ordering the "Pull-out cabinet drawer". I purchased a "Baker's Rack" to use as a coffee station - teas, coffee's, smoothies, etc. and didn't measure quite enough. The coffeemaker requires a amount of height to easily pour in the water and load the coffee filter. With the slide out unit, the maker clears the next shelf. It works wonderfully and problem solved.. I purchased multiple drawers to fill a narrow, tall and deep cabinet in my kitchen.
