I am obsessed with my new curtains. I was looking for large panel curtains that had a pinch pleat and were machine washable. While these aren't blackout curtains, they look lovely. One thing is that the color pulls kind of pink, but it really depends on the lighting. I will be adding a blackout liner as well. These are in the style of a Roman shade, which is a nice concept for covering the glass panel in French Doors. They are magnetic, so easy to position up or drop down. However, instead of some type of metal or sturdy resin material, the “rod” inserts at the back of the shade are cheap plastic tubes which do not fit tightly enough or stay together very well— when inserting to the back of the curtain, the sections come apart. There are several colors to choose from, and the material is lightweight, but blocks even the strong sunlight we have in the desert. This listing is for a Black fiberglass drapery curtain pull wand with a universal grommet ring and clip. These wands are sturdy, lightweight, and easy to use. Each wand comes with a stainless-steel snap hook that is ½ inch wide for easy installation. Inside grommet ring diameter: 1 3/8 inch, outside ring diameter: 1 3/4 inch. Grommet rings will work for 1-inch and 1 1/8-inch diameter drapery rods.  Not intended for extendable rods, could catch, and not move smoothly. Each wand is 6.5 mm or .25 inches in diameter, wide for ease of grip. Works great to keep your fabric clean and free of fingerprints. When installing make sure to put the ring in between the first two grommets of your drape and put the clip on the first grommet (see picture).

Delivered on time as stated in email. Very good block out light. Back lining is attacked to fabric, not separate panel. Fabric is linen like with some texture and color is called biscuit, more of a light sand, very neutral. Not to light not to heavy. I wanted it more for afternoon sun on hot days. Arrived with creases from being in folded packing. Used good old steam iron on low steam setting keeping them folded as they came out of package. Pressed in sections.iron fit well between rings, Caution Do Not Touch Backing as it will melt ! Took 45 minutes but worth it. Look like Wayfair photo. Length was a bit long for my application, used iron on tape ( follow instructions on package) or you could sew with heavy duty needle on home sewing machine. Overall 9 stars. Very satisfied. Good price, nice fabric, good value. Rings were stated as bronze that I wanted….they are silver, but I adjusted to it to not return…a hassle and AI…hate it. Color Error was not a deal breaker.. I really love the look of this curtain - the texture is open weave and the plaid gives it an understated simplicity. It is lined with a silky fabric which gives it a much more expensive and quality feel. I hung it thinking that I would need to steam out the few wrinkles that were in it, but it did not even need steaming at all. The only reason that I took off one star is that due to the very open weave of the fabric, I believe that it will probably shrink when it is washed. This curtain is awesome. Made well, thick like a black-out curtain. I tried to give a before and after with this collage , however. The before was rather embarrassing with all the stuff we have stored (not neatly) in this attic room. Also, the original rod I bought was too big for the grommets. I used a smaller rod but could not get it to work diagonally so I have a big hook under the oops sign. It will be perfect to separate the two sides once I can hang it properly.
