Our curio is solidly built in select hardwood solids and veneers with a Cherry wood finish. It features a mirrored back, halogen lighting, adjustable glass shelves, adjustable glides for leveling, and right-side entry.

This is a very nice glass cabinet. My favorite part is that the wood is painted silver, which looks very classy in a room with grays and silvers. The design is very slim and narrow but very tall, which is perfect for a small space with high ceilings. The side opening panels are good because the front has a smooth glass finish. The side handles are slightly askew but not bad. However, my only real problem was that it took hours of carefully aggressive scrubbing to clean the glass. At this price point, no glass pieces should come with stickers. There were stickers on the front and stickers on each shelf, that had to be individually removed. Additionally, the glass was very dirty. Like so dirty both inside and out that I had to carefully maneuver and risk breaking it by getting in there with a serious glass scrubber and windex. It was quite stressful! But if the glass is sticky and foggy and streaky, what’s the point However I think I did a good job and it came out very beautifully and is a great accent piece in my home where I can happily display all my family heirlooms.. I LOVE this cabinet. Everyone who has seen it in our home loves it. Very well made and almost perfect for our needs. The reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 is the lighting. If it had two pucks instead of one there wouldn’t be so many shadows. For properly displaying our precious minerals we’ll add more lighting. Beautiful cabinet! Very easy to assemble but two people are needed at times. It fits perfectly in my living room and is a beautiful addition. I currently have my mother`s and grandmother`s antique lanterns on display along with other items that are very dear to me. The light at the top is a sweet addition as well as the clock. Britten Lighted Curio Cabinet is beautiful. Not too large for my smaller space, but plenty of space for keepsakes/treasures to display. Packed well, it It was a bear to remove from all the packing. The only issue I really had is black stain spots were splattered on the bottom part of the mirror. I was not able to remove the stain, but at least it's only on the bottom part. Surprised they stain the wood after they put the mirror on the back. Warning when you unpack, the glass shelves are under the cabinet. You don't find that out until you've already unpacked it.
