The mattress is exactly what I was looking for! Firm support though also cushioned! When first unboxing I thought it would be a disappointment because of the vacuum seal. I needed a new mattress and I decided to take a chance. For years I have only purchased a specific brand of Firm Mattresses, and they add a nice thick soft topper and mattress cover. I carefully followed the instructions and waited 72 hours after using the mattress. So far, so good, I think it may take some time getting use too. Since it is medium firm with some inner coils I was skeptical. I thought it mat not be great for my terrible back with degenerative disk, but suprisingly, I felt good the next morning. It felt like I slept in a bouncy house all night, but I didn't sink, and I willing to try new technology. My only concern is the transfer weight is felt when either me or my fiance roll over, otherwise I really like it and recommend. I will write a follow-up.. Gena. Tue Oct 20 2026
