We love these lights but they do get HOT, as mentioned in some of the other reviews. I don’t think they have proper ventilation holes to release heat (LEDs aren’t supposed to get this hot). We have them in hallways as sconces so they aren’t on all the time. The first one we ordered was defective (didn’t screw on properly) so we’ve tried three of them (we originally ordered two) and they all got hot. So it’s just a design flaw.. Lindsay. Edmonton, AB. Single lamp wall sconce with half cylinder-shaped white opal glass. Decorative nut finish options are included within the fixture.

- Metal wall portion with lamp housing, frosted glass shade - Easy to assemble, simply hang the shade by the wire on the hooks on the housing - Could knock the shade off the hooks accidentally, could have been designed differently by having the metal balls on the glass shade attach securely to the housing, but for my application this was no issue - Takes medium base standard light bulbs, and would be easy to change when they burn out.
