This is a lovely bed, handsome in design. But the blue is much darker than the web photo and when constructed it does not look exactly as shown. In the web photo the headboard and side panels join seamlessly. In real life the headboard is about 5 inches above the bed frame even though we lowered it as much as possible. Love the look of this bed. Took a chance bc there were no reviews. The bed delivered in about 5 days. The packing wasn’t the best, but everything was intact and undamaged inside the box. Quality is fair, not exceptional. Upholstery is only on the outside of the bed, not behind the headboard, footboard or rails. Bed is assembled with bolts that are visible on the footboard which I don’t like. The fabric is linen and on the lighter side, not yellowish or grey. Hammered features are a nice contrast to the conventional upholstered bed design. Bed can be mixed with contemporary furniture or antiquish, like I have. All in all, I’d recommend. We needed a replacement specifically to accommodate a new adjustable base, since our old bed wasn’t compatible. They don't describe the color in the description and when I zoomed in I thought they looked more burnished bronze. In person they are definitely copper like a penny.
