This heater can put out some heat!! I set mine at 60 degrees and it stays 70-80 degrees in my well insulated small home. It is NOT a wall insert - it mounts in the floor- I purchased it to mount on the wall and then had to call Wayfair because it does not mount on the wall as advertised. this thing is wonderful! i live in idaho near canada and it works faithfully and doesn't need electric to start which is a great relief as the greid goes down often here in the winter. it warms the cabin quickly and when on full, 3 panels full-on, it can run u out of the room. i lovr this item and use it daily from late sept to april and into may..
