I love this curtain so much. I was looking for something I could hang above a window mounted A/C unit and this was just perfect. You do have to fuss with the bow ties to arrange attractively. The seams are messily sewn, with lots of loose threads. I also think the weight of the curtain "Unties" them after some time. Slightly longer ribbons would have allowed for more hanging height options and a prettier bow tie but even with the challenges its still the best man for the job. These curtains are nice. The velvet fabric feels lovely. The creases came out after ten minutes in the dryer on low heat with a damp hand towel. My only complaint is that the side edges are shorter and lift up at the bottom, so they aren't consistently at the same length when hung. They are truly room darkening.
