Solid piece, but came with pretty big scuffs on the edge of the top, which was disappointing. The draws are held in by a plastic flap screwed to the underside of the table top, extremely flimsy. This is an absolutely beautiful table but dang does it take a long time to build. We had 2 people working on it can we definitely didn’t build it in under 2 hours.
