Prefab Cabin 16 x 30

This is a beautifully designed multi-functional building. This is our largest building made from Ultrawood. This flagship building has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or a banquet hall. This building includes a two-tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding tempered glass lockable windows. There are three entrances, one French double door entrance made of heavy-duty aluminum and tempered glass, and two sliding door entrances. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the front side and both sliding door entrances on the left side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation. For example, you can put the double swing French door entrance on the side and put the sliding doors in any position where there is a window wall section. A screen kit upgrade can be added to the building at the time of order for a small additional fee. The screens can cover all the window openings and slide on a separate track independently from the window thus providing the user with ultimate flexibility to have windows closed, windows open with screens, or windows and screens both open and the same time.

This needs at least two-three people to install it, and it does not come with a floor, garage door, or roof shingles. All specified in product description. Although we paid 7,000, it took another 3,500 to complete the finished shed because of that. Plus we insulated and installed sheetrock inside. This prefabricated storage shed 5-foot wide double door makes it easy to move larger items into this handy space. The higher 7-foot walls add more headroom as well. This collection makes a great addition to any backyard.

This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location. My contractor, who assembled it had a few issues as the directions are pretty basic. So pay attention to part numbers as the illustrated plans indicate what goes where. It arrives on two pallets with wall panels that already have the siding attached and roof panels already shingled. He bought pressure treated 2x4s and better plywood for the base/floor since the cabin didn't come with all the pieces of flooring needed (super annoying) and making 6 or 8 joist boxes is kinda silly but due to fitting everything on pallets, that's necessary from a manufacturing standpoint. So we improvised. In these photos, we had painted the floor already, preparing for laying the final flooring. We will be insulating and adding a nice whitewashed paneling for the interior walls. We may run an extension cord out there or actually run power properly. Not sure yet. My contractor billed me 30 hours for assembly and he worked alone. Great shed! I was impressed with the quality of the materials and the instructions were pretty clear. I put mine on top of of a concrete pad. Also did a row of cinder blocks, which required a little customizing where the door fit in the wall. Garage is first come first server, so needed a carport to protect whoever loses for the day. I was looking into another model from Sunjoy sold through a large box store, but after looking at their other products decided on Autocove due to more head room at the entrance due to the angled front rafter. The other model went straight across. My driveway pad angles down in 2 directions, so I had to DIY footers to make It level. Used 12” concrete form tubes, QK5000, 4 little vertical rebar in each piling drilled into exiting pad, and concrete2concretre bond agent. Used Laser level from highest point to know how tall each needed to be. Added 1x6 black stained slats which are NOT part of the product. Also used different 6x6 base mounts that only needed 1 big 5/8 hole drilled into concrete instead of 4 each pillar. The hardest part of my overall project was drilling the holes into existing concrete. You will be over installing bolts by the time you are done, but straight forward. The other reviewer’s video showing assembly (slowed way down!) was very helpful. Great Carport for the price and not hard to do. This storage shed makes offers a 5-foot wide double door entry for easy access and versatility. Two fixed windows flank the door giving the Longhouse a small backyard cottage-style appearance.

Overall does the job, a couple of annoying issues, not having 2x4 makes it difficult to mount standard utility hooks and bike racks. I was skeptical at first because it came in a box showing a different picture. After contacting Wayfair customer service, we opened it and it was the right one. Assemby was a bit challenging because there were no instructions and different angles, but with 2 people, we figured it out.
