This is a beautifully designed multi-functional building. This is our largest building made from Ultrawood. This flagship building has oversized windows to let in a lot of light and to provide excellent views. The is large and can easily be used to house a swim spa or in-ground swimming pool, and can be used as an outdoor recreational room or a banquet hall. This building includes a two-tier Duraflex PC roof reinforced truss supports, sliding tempered glass lockable windows. There are three entrances, one French double door entrance made of heavy-duty aluminum and tempered glass, and two sliding door entrances. The sketch shows the main double swing French door entrance on the front side and both sliding door entrances on the left side of the building. However, the door entrances are the same dimensions as the window wall sections therefore they can be placed in any position and the installer can decide at the time of installation. For example, you can put the double swing French door entrance on the side and put the sliding doors in any position where there is a window wall section. A screen kit upgrade can be added to the building at the time of order for a small additional fee. The screens can cover all the window openings and slide on a separate track independently from the window thus providing the user with ultimate flexibility to have windows closed, windows open with screens, or windows and screens both open and the same time.

I researched the greenhouses available online for a long time and felt the quality of reviews for this product and the price point were the best. I was right. When we received the shipment it felt a bit overwhelming but taking it step by step was the key. The 3D Bilt App was great. The instructions were written really well. It was impressive. The key was to seal the wood and take inventory first. Then organize by part number. My mom and I built the majority of it but needed help lifting some of the roof parts. The estimate of 2 days with 2 people is ridiculous. It took a week just to stain and organize everything. If you work during the week expect to spend 3-4 long weekends to get the project done. Love this outdoor office space. It was simple to put together and follow the instructions. Insulated very well. I installed an LVP floor inside after putting it together. The whole thing took probably 6 hrs with two adults. The only downside (and design flaw) is the window. The outward swinging window doors is the absolute worst. Knowing that people are likely to add an AC/Hearing unit to this, and if they don’t want to put in a mini-split, what’s the next reasonable thing people will put in? A window unit! But guess what?! Because they decided to do a worthless outward swinging two door window, you can’t! The designer of this product failed big time. They should have made the window kit a single hung, up and down slider so almost ANY AC unit could be put in. My wife and I just finished building our 10x13 glass house. It mostly went well and the structure is well worth the money, but there is one big problem. Most counties require anything over 120 sq feet to be permitted. I went to get a permit and was told I needed stamped engineer drawings. With my existing wooden storage shed that was not a problem but when I called the seller they did not have any drawings, so I called the distributor, they didn't have them either, so I called the importer, they didn't have them. Then I emailed the manufacturer and never heard back. I tried to cancel the order and buy their 10x10 unit, but was told it was too late since it had already been shipped. So, I'm illegal. I don't know what I'll do if my county building department gets on my case. Anyway, the structure arrived in 2 crates. One was smashed up in transit. Fortunately none of the glass was broken. Some metal parts were banged up but nothing that prevented assembly. I'll attach a bunch of pictures. Building it went well. My wife and I did most of it. We needed a 3rd hand for putting up the walls . Once the walls and framing were complete the 2 of us put the roof panels on. That was dicey but we did it. One note, many, if not most, of the pre punched holes do not line up, but everything was square and level so we just drilled starter holes where needed. When it came time to put in the glass you install an exterior frame and then install the windows from the inside. I found out after the first glass wall, that installing the window pushed out the exterior frame, so have a 3rd person hold that. Also, the 2 rear windows just screw into styrofoam insulation. There should be something in the wall panel to accept the window screws. Basically, those 2 windows are held in by adhesive silicone grout. Lastly, when all was done it was time to install the french doors. They didn't line up. The entire structure was square and true but the doors were about 1/4" off, so I had to grind out the striker and drill new holes for the door stops. The french doors do not have adjustable hinges. They should. Overall we're very happy with this and think it's a good value, but the permitting issue is very problematic and the french doors should be redesigned with adjustable hinges. Enjoy the pictures. Update, June 30. We've had a couple of heavy rain storms and the 2 rear windows leak badly. I'm currently talking to the manufacturer. I need to complain first. The shed was supposed to be here april 12-15th instead it was on its way in February....that didn't work out so they postponed it until March 12th. Then there was a delivery issue, were they wanted me to pick it up (with a flat bed in ohio) OR rent a high-low to get it off there truck...!? Wait that's not what the add said!! Finally it came and got off the truck. The shed itself is easy to put together the trusses were a bit daunting and I would have to say the hardest part was figuring out the roof sheeting sizes. After that it was a snap, I even put in electrical and outside lighting in the soffit. I also used the box it came in to make a (FREE WORK BENCH) as well as rafters for extra storage...I used every bit of what they sent me and this is what I ended up with. The Colorado Manufactured Wood Patio Gazebo is their heavy duty composite wood gazebo line. It is made of a composite material called Ultrawood that looks very much like wood but lasts longer than wood. Ultrawood is durable and very low maintenance. The entrance door can be placed on any side of the gazebo.

This prefabricated storage shed 5-foot wide double door makes it easy to move larger items into this handy space. The higher 7-foot walls add more headroom as well. This collection makes a great addition to any backyard.

This cedar shed is perfect as an additional bunk house/office for our vacation/remote work location. My contractor, who assembled it had a few issues as the directions are pretty basic. So pay attention to part numbers as the illustrated plans indicate what goes where. It arrives on two pallets with wall panels that already have the siding attached and roof panels already shingled. He bought pressure treated 2x4s and better plywood for the base/floor since the cabin didn't come with all the pieces of flooring needed (super annoying) and making 6 or 8 joist boxes is kinda silly but due to fitting everything on pallets, that's necessary from a manufacturing standpoint. So we improvised. In these photos, we had painted the floor already, preparing for laying the final flooring. We will be insulating and adding a nice whitewashed paneling for the interior walls. We may run an extension cord out there or actually run power properly. Not sure yet. My contractor billed me 30 hours for assembly and he worked alone. Great shed! Overall, I’m very pleased with this wall-mounted solarium and would give it a solid four stars. It arrived extremely well packaged, and all of the parts, screws, and hardware were clearly labeled and organized. The metal feels substantial, the paint finish appears durable, and everything went together very well for the most part. Once installed, it feels sturdy and looks great. There are a few important caveats. This appears to be designed for installation on a perfectly level patio. The doors and windows all sit within a fixed bottom track, and there is no real adjustability to compensate for a sloped surface. My patio slopes away from the house, so my contractor had to create custom supports from vinyl board beneath the track to raise and level the front, while also filling the gaps along the sides. It worked, but it added a considerable amount of custom work to the installation. The nuts and bolts used to attach the panels along the bottom track were also frustrating. They are small, finicky, and difficult to see and tighten while working close to the ground. A few have since come loose, which is concerning because the internal bolts are no longer accessible once the structure is fully assembled. The doors slide nicely and have a very strong magnetic closure. In fact, the magnets were almost too strong, so I added a few small pieces of stick-on felt to make the doors easier to open. The windows pop in and out easily, and holders are included for storing them. However, the holders could really use a small lip or raised edge on the front to keep the windows from sliding out. I plan to mount the holders on my fence so the panels can be stored safely off the ground. The gutter system is probably one of the weaker parts of the design. It also relies on the structure being perfectly level. Otherwise, water can collect in the gutter or spill over the front, which then gets the screens and windows wet. They did make an effort to seal and bug-proof certain areas, but other sections were left with noticeable gaps. I will need to come up with additional solutions, likely brush-style weather stripping, to close those openings. I also wish the windows were clear. Unfortunately, they are not. The smaller models apparently have self-storing windows, but on the 20-foot model the window panels have to be removed and stored separately. Despite those issues, this has been an awesome addition to the back of my house, and I’m very glad I bought it. It was a significant investment and honestly a bit of a leap of faith because I was worried it might turn out to be cheap junk. Thankfully, it does not feel cheap at all. The 20-foot model has two strong center supports, and we bolted the entire structure securely to both the house and the concrete patio. I’m hopeful it will hold up well through the winter as advertised. I do plan to add heat tape to the roof to help clear snow if we get a particularly heavy snowfall. Overall, the quality and finished appearance are very good. It is not a perfect design, and installation may require extra work if your patio is not completely level, but it has still been a fantastic addition to my home.. Thomas. Buffalo, NY. I've been searching for a Sauna option for years and decided to try the Henley product due to a friend's review and price point. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the material upon arrival. The installation build was reasonable and enjoyable, instructions were easy to follow. Once the electrician finished the hook-up, I've been enjoying it daily. It takes about 15-20 mins to arrive to 185 degree temp. ***** Five stars for quality, but be warned: 1. You will need three or four strong people to put the heavy basic structure together and into place, and two people for the rest of the construction. 2. This is not a weekend project for a DIYer. 3. If you can, hire someone with experience. We did, and it was worth every penny. 4. Instructions were fairly good, but missing some crucial information that took some time to figure out. 5. Once figured out, all parts fit together well and pre-drilled holes lined up. 6. There are lots of painstaking details, like fastening thin pieces of weatherstripping around inside and outside of all plastic panels, to name but one. BUT, once put together, this is a very good-quality, beautiful room. We purchased a ceiling fan that converts to a heater and hope that, here in Ontario, we can use it as a three-season room.. I was nervous at first, because the photos show the posts and headers as multiple pieces.
