This bar is really, really nice! It was so inexpensive that I assumed it wouldn’t be as great or sturdy as it actually is! I bought this to go along with my barrel cabinet that I had made. It is perfect! It can hold a lot of liquor bottles, as well as some of the mixers. I also have glasses and other bar ware behind the bar as well. The solid wood bar set with wine storage recreates the improvised, utilitarian look of early 20th-century factory furniture. Crafted entirely from solid wood, this set utilizes mortise and tenon frames, tongue and groove tops and frame and panel sides for strength and durability. Roughen planks bear the characteristic saw marks, dents, pits and random knots of logs milled on the steam-powered circular and sash saws of the era. Finally, a rustic pine finish balances transparency and opacity to showcase imperfections inherent in the timber.

So…one very confusing thing with this piece is that it’s called “Kilby bar set” on the Wayfair site, but the boxes are marked “Yosemite bar table” on the boxes. I had to call to confirm I received the correct item and didn’t want to break down the boxes if I was going to return it. Took a couple days for the manufacturer to get back to me and confirm it is the same set. The other issue is that the upholstery is much darker than in the photos, which I didn’t want but I’ll keep them. If you want dark tan almost brown seats, then no problem, but they are not a creamy off white color! It is a beautiful, well-made bar set, very heavy, weighs almost 150 lbs.. Megan. Port Orchard, WA.
