The popular poem "I Said a Prayer For You Today" is displayed with a deep blue design background on this small tabletop plaque. Size is 3" x 4" x 1". Sides and back have a wood tone finish. Made of MDF wood. Text of poem: I said a prayer for you today, and know God must have heard, I felt the answer in my heart although He spoke no word. I didn't ask for wealth or fame, I knew you wouldn't mind. I asked Him to send treasures of a far more lasting kind. I asked that He'd be near you at the start of each new day, to grant you health and blessings, and friends to share your way. I asked for happiness for you in all things great and small, but it was for His loving care I prayed the most of all.

I bought one for my friend who had just lost someone very close to her. It meant a lot to her and everyone who saw it loved it and said how sweet and thoughtful it was. The saying is such a heartfelt sentiment. It’s made for sharing with anyone who needs to hear a kind word.. Anonymous. Tue Sep 29 2026
