This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. Love these chairs. They're not huge, so keep that in mind if you're a bigger person. I'm 5' 6" and an average weight. I would consider this chair to be "just right" for me. My wife is 5' 9" and thinks the same. If you're 6' or 250lbs+, don't buy this. The seating height is nice, not too high and not too low. It's a little bit weird that it requires two power supplies to do everything, not sure what's up with that. The LEDs have red, blue, green, and rainbow cycle settings.
