This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. The fabric is nice on this recliner. It rocks which is nice. It was fairly easy to put together except the arms were a challenge. The massage is nice. The three stars are because it will only put the feet up and the head down at the same time. There is no adjustment for just putting your feet up or the back down. I had to add an ottoman for my feet if I want to have them up but be upright on the back. It makes it very inconvenient. It did not say this anywhere in the description or I would have gotten a different chair. If you don't mind the reclining and feet up in the same motion, then it is a nice chair.. Deborah. I purchased this recliner in navy blue. I LOVE IT. I waited for my son to come up and put it together for me. but he owns a business and is always busy. So I just cut the box down the end and slid it out to the room where it was going to be. Read the directions which were very easy and put it together by myself. I liked it so much I bought two. My very good friends just got a new house and a new baby. So I bought them this chair in grey. And was so impressed with it when I visited that I bought one for myself in brown. It’s swivels beautifully and rocks great Even the massage is much better than I expected and hits right at the right spots. I’m 5’4. The heat is quit subtle but will feel great in winter. Great chair better then expected , can be used as accent chair and massage chair. Tried massage function and it is great did not want to leave the chair.
