This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. I ordered this for my home office after looking at hundreds of recliners online. I wanted heat and massage, zero gravity, a drink holder, and options for charging my phone and tablet. This one checked all those boxes, but was a lift chair. I didn’t really need that feature, but thought it might come in handy eventually, haha. The chair arrived in three boxes exactly a week after I ordered it. A friend helped me set it up in 20-30 minutes. I really like the comfort and looks of this recliner. I live on a farm, and the brown leather and generous sizing should stand up to dirty jeans and big guys.
