This chair is pretty comfortable and roomy. It is pretty easy to assemble but connecting all the wires were a little confusing. The instructions do not mention hidden wires and I had to reach out to customer support which was very helpful. A suggestion is to depict the hidden wires with photos and explanation in the instructions. The recline and lift functions are pretty slow - not sure if that is by design. The heat feature is nice, but doesn't really hit my lower back even when reclined all the way. The massage feature is ok - it's more like vibrations than massage, but still feels nice. This chair is gorgeous! The fabric is so soft and friendly on the skin. It works wonderfully. The buttons are clearly labeled and function perfectly. It was very easy to assemble. This chair is fine. We ordered black and its more of an off black. The lift method is great for an older person. Also, the method of shipping is terrible. They ship the chair in 2 separate boxes. The 1st box came quick but the second took 4 days. Kind of pointless when you can't use the chair because you only received half the chair.As far as comfort its ok. Not much extension on the foot part of the reclining. And I'm a short person. If you are taller it definitely wont give you any foot room as my feet are over the edge and I'm 5'2. Amazing chair! Clearly I haven't been living my best lounging life because this is like the Cadillac of recliners. It is unbelievably soft and plush. The heat, massage and adjustable headrest are so nice. I have ankylosing spondylitis and my back hurts a lot and this helps relieve a lot of tension.
