This table is absolutely gorgeous and very sturdy. I managed to get both leaves in to extend the table without assistance, as well, though I haven't tried taking them back out yet. LOVE this table! I was looking for something elegant and round that could easily convert from 6/8 people to 10/12 for get-togethers... This table does that. It is really beautiful. Gorgeous table! No problem extending it fully, the action is very smooth. Its central leaf is substantial and secures into place perfectly with brass latches. The construction is sturdy with no wobbling. The table's finish is slightly darker and more mahogany-toned than the product photos shown on the white background. The wrapped feet are a really lovely detail. This table makes me happy. I'd recommend for anyone who may use a coffee table sized space day-to-day, but need a little extra space for guests..
