Foam-particle and fiber filling creates a supportive, resilient feel, while the removable zippered cover, separate inner liner, built-in handle, and non-slip base make it a practical addition to living rooms, bedrooms, reading nooks, and home offices.

For the price, this footstool is fine. It’s a good height and was fairly easy to stuff the footstool into the cover. The two things that I don’t like as much the bottom has never really flattened out, and it is very unstable if someone tries to sit on it ( which they will.). Love the color and fabric.. Julie. All well-loved bean bags go flat with use, but not to worry! You can order our handy single-pack bean refill to bring your excellent Big Joe back to life whenever necessary. Our virgin polystyrene beans are 100% recyclable. Each bag contains 100 liters of rejuvenating beans. The number of beans you need will depend on the size of your chair and how flat it is: small chairs may need 1-2 bags, while giant chairs may require more. For child safety and durability reasons, all big Joe bean-filled chairs have two zippers with their pulls intentionally removed before shipment. To open your big Joe, place a paperclip into the first zipper head, pull to open, and then repeat on the second zipper. Detailed instructions can be found on the warning label attached to your Big Joe. And, you can use our refill packs for other reasons: packing material, arts and crafts, you name it!
